Full weekly pool service, done by the owner.
One visit a week, every week, with the whole job finished: cleaning, circulation, equipment, and chemistry balanced against LSI. The same person every time, so your pool is known rather than just covered.
What happens on every visit
Here is the full checklist, so you always know exactly what your visit covers.
- Surface skimming and net the bottom
- Brush walls, steps, benches, and tanning ledge
- Empty skimmer baskets and the pump basket
- Empty the cleaner bag or canister and check that it's actually working the pool
- Clear out frogs, lizards, and anything else that found the skimmer overnight
- Check filter pressure against the clean baseline
- Inspect the equipment pad: pump, filter, heater, valves, automation
- Digital readings: water temperature, free chlorine, combined chlorine, total chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, phosphates, iron, and copper
- Water level, auto-fill behavior, and wet spots watched for the early signs of a leak
- Balance to LSI, not to a fixed recipe
- Log every reading, every chemical added, and any notes in the service app
- Report anything trending toward a problem before it becomes one

Digital check-in and check-out
Every stop is checked into an app on arrival and closed out on departure, so there's a timestamped record of when your pool was serviced and how long it took.
Every number, every dose
Digital readings of your core levels, the LSI result, exactly which chemicals went in and how much, plus which tasks were completed. You can follow the trends across a whole season and see your water the same way I do.
Notes and photos
A weeping union, a pressure creep, a cracked lid, a cleaner that's slowing down — it gets written down and sent to you when it's noticed, not when it fails.
Included vs à la carte
What's in the weekly price, and what isn't.
All-inclusive really does mean all-inclusive for a normally used pool. Here's where the line sits, so nothing on your invoice is ever a surprise.
Included in weekly service
- • All routine chemicals — chlorine, acid, and sodium bicarbonate in whatever amount your water asks for, with no per-gallon surprises in July
- • Normal bather load: your family, the kids, the neighbor's kids, a weekend swim
- • Everything on the visit checklist above
- • Water testing, LSI balancing, and the digital report
- • Advice, questions answered, and a heads-up on anything developing
Billed separately
- • Vacuuming. Most pools here run an automatic cleaner that handles the floor, so vacuuming isn't a weekly line item. When a pool needs it — a storm, a heavy drop, a cleaner that's down — it's a quick add-on, quoted up front.
- • Phosphate removal and metal sequestrant. Phosphates, iron, and copper are read on every visit, but the treatments for them are specialty chemistry rather than routine dosing. You'll see the reading, the recommendation, and the price before anything goes in — and if your pool needs them regularly, they can be folded into a higher flat monthly rate so it's one predictable number.

Parties & events
Having people over? Let's get the water ready.
A big swim day is what the pool is for. A little notice lets me prep the water beforehand and catch it back up afterward.
Just give me a heads-up
Give advance notice of a graduation party, a reunion, or a holiday weekend and we'll pre-treat the water so it holds a residual through the event and schedule the catch-up afterward. Bather load burns chlorine faster than sunlight does.
Not a weekly client? Still call.
A last-minute balance or clean-up before a holiday weekend is something we're glad to do, even if you aren't a weekly client. One visit can absolutely get water swim-ready; holding it there past a week is what ongoing service is for.
How it feels to have us out
Notice before we arrive, and the gate closed behind us.
- Arrival notifications on request, so you can move workers, kids, or dogs out of the yard
- Dog-friendly and then some — no pool has ever had a dog we didn't get along with
- Gates checked and latched every time; pets are never let out through a service visit
- Critters fished out of skimmers and the pool without being asked
- Same day of the week, consistently, with notice when weather forces a shuffle
Why the whole visit matters
Cleaning, circulation, and chemistry only work together.
Doing all three every week is what keeps your plaster and equipment out of trouble — and it's the least expensive way to own a pool.
Circulation does the work
Chemicals only work in water that is moving through a clean filter. A pool with full baskets and a loaded filter cannot hold a chlorine residual no matter what gets poured in.
Brushing prevents algae
Algae starts in the places water does not reach: steps, corners, behind the ladder, the shady side. Brushing every visit is the cheapest algae prevention there is.
Eyes on the equipment
A weekly look at the pad catches a failing seal, a rising pressure reading, or a struggling pump while it is still a small conversation instead of a big invoice.

Service levels
Weekly service starts at $275 a month plus tax, chemicals included.
That's the starting point for a standard residential pool. Since every pool has its own volume, surface, equipment, and trees around it, your number is confirmed after a free on-site water test and walkthrough — so the price you're quoted is the price that fits your pool.
Essential Weekly
Full weekly service for a standard residential pool with typical debris load and no water features. Cleaning, circulation, equipment check, LSI-balanced chemistry.
Enhanced Weekly
For heavier debris loads, larger volumes, spas, water features, or heavy summer bather load. More time on site, closer chemistry management.
Premium Weekly
Large or complex pools, salt systems, heaters, and automation. Includes closer equipment monitoring and priority scheduling around events.
