Weekly service and water chemistry take real attention. Staying in that lane is what keeps your pool consistent instead of getting whatever time is left over after a remodel runs long.
The other side of the coin
The construction and restoration companies we work with are essentially the mirror image of us: they handle leak detection, tile, sealant, plaster, and remodels, and they don't do weekly service. That's why the handoff works.
No markup, no finder's fee
We don't take a cut, we don't pad an invoice, and we don't pressure you to use anyone in particular. You get the name, you make the call, and the price is between you and them.

Remodels, replaster & resurfacing
Plaster, quartz, pebble, and full interior renovations, along with waterline tile replacement, coping, and beam work. These are crews that do it week in and week out, with the right prep, the right cure, and a startup plan that protects a brand-new surface.
Tile cleaning, blasting & sealant
Bead, glass, and salt blasting for calcium carbonate and silicate scale, plus sealing on travertine, flagstone, limestone, and stacked stone. The media and pressure have to match the surface, and that judgment only comes from doing it every day.
Leak detection & pressure testing
Real leak location: pressure testing lines, dye work, listening equipment, and locating a break under a deck or slab before anyone opens concrete. Then the repair, done by the same people who found it.
Electrical, bonding & lighting
Panels, sub-panels, high-voltage pump and heater wiring, bonding grids, transformers, and light niches. Licensed electricians only — this is the one area of a pool where a confident guess can hurt somebody.
Gas lines, heaters & heat pumps
Gas runs, heater internals, board and ignition diagnostics, venting, and full heater or heat pump replacement. We'll tell you what we're seeing and hand it to someone who can open the cabinet and stand behind the fix.
Automation & control systems
Full automation installs, control panel replacements, actuator and relay work, and app setups that need to be wired in rather than plumbed in.
Salt system installation
Cleaning your salt cell quarterly is our job. Installing a new salt system or replacing a cell is a wiring job, and it goes to the pros who do that work.
Decks, drainage & mastic
Deck repair and resurfacing, drainage correction, expansion joint mastic, and the settling problems our clay soil causes. Getting water out from under a deck is what keeps tile from popping and coping from lifting.
Structural & shell repair
Cracks in the shell, skimmer separation, hollow spots behind tile, and rebar or gunite issues. These need an eye on the structure, not a patch from a service tech.
Fencing, gates & safety barriers
Code-compliant fencing, self-closing and self-latching gates, mesh barriers, alarms, and safety covers. Worth doing right the first time, especially with small kids in the house.
Screens, enclosures & shade
Screen enclosures, pergolas, and shade structures that cut down on debris, sun load, and evaporation on a Central Texas summer pool.
New pool construction
If you're building, we can point you toward builders with a track record and then handle your startup and first season so the plaster gets treated the way it should be.
