A fair word about the companies out there

A low score doesn't automatically mean anyone is being dishonest.

Most of what this quiz catches comes from routes that are simply too full. When a tech has sixty stops in a week, the parts that get dropped are the invisible ones — the second half of the test, the brushing, the filter that's due. It isn't malice, it's math.
