Referral program
Send a neighbor, you both get $75.
This route grows by word of mouth and nothing else. No ads, no door hangers, no call center. If you know someone whose pool deserves better, there's a credit in it for both of you.
The terms, in one paragraph
Short on purpose. You should be able to copy this into a text message.
Refer a new weekly service client to Cabana Jay's Pool Service and you each receive a $75 credit toward service, applied at the referred client's second paid invoice. Up to four referrals per household per year. Credit applies to weekly service, filter cleans, or any one-time work — it is a credit on your account, not a rate change, and it does not expire within the calendar year.
Just tell them to mention your name when they send a request, or text me the address and I'll take it from there.
How it works
Four steps, no paperwork
You send them the link
Point them at this site, or just give them my number. They mention your name when they reach out.
I test the water and walk the pad
Same free consultation everyone gets. No obligation on their side and no pressure from mine.
They start weekly service
First invoice is paid, service is underway, and the pool is on the route.
Both credits post
At their second paid invoice, $75 lands on your account and $75 lands on theirs.
Straight talk
The fine print, spelled out
Same rule as pricing: you should know exactly how this works before you send anyone.
- Credit is $75 to you and $75 to the new client — service credit, not cash
- Credit posts at the referred client's second paid invoice, not at signup
- Referred client must be new to Cabana Jay's and inside the service area
- Four referrals per household per year
- Credit applies to service, filter cleans, or one-time work on your account
- Credit is not a rate reduction and does not change your monthly price
- Credit applies to new weekly clients in Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Hutto, and Northwest Austin — referrals outside these areas are welcome and considered case by case
- Reviews are never part of this. Nobody is paid, credited, or discounted for leaving a review anywhere.
That last one matters. Incentivized reviews violate Google's policies and put a listing at risk. If you'd like to share your experience publicly, I'd genuinely appreciate it — but it has nothing to do with this program and there's nothing in it for either of us beyond the truth.
Why neighbors matter most
The best referral is next door.
One truck, one owner, one tight part of Central Texas. Close-together pools mean less time driving and more time at the water.
The neighbor two houses down, the family across the cul-de-sac, the friend in the next subdivision over — those are the ones that make service better for everyone on the street. If you know someone who's been complaining about their pool guy, now is the useful moment to say something.
Not a client yet? Weekly service starts at $275 a month plus tax with chemicals included. Text or call (737) 240-0544.
Know someone whose pool needs help?
Send them the request form and have them mention your name. I'll handle the rest and both credits post automatically.
