Calm pool at golden hour with a notebook on a table

Annual support plans

A professional in your corner, without a weekly service bill.

Most pool owners who take care of their own water don't need someone showing up every Tuesday. They need someone to call when the pump won't prime, when the water goes cloudy the day before company arrives, or when a contractor hands them a quote that doesn't smell right. That's what these plans are.

Three ways to keep help on retainer

One payment a year, no contract to renew, no card kept on file. Plan fees are separate from on-site labor — but every plan discounts it.

Owner's Line

$149 per year

For the confident owner who just wants a professional on the other end of a text.

  • Unlimited text and email questions during business hours
  • One scheduled phone call per month, up to 20 minutes
  • Send a photo of your pad, your reading, or your water — get an answer, not a sales pitch
  • Seasonal reminders: leaf drop, freeze prep, spring open-up, runtime changes
  • 10% off any on-site diagnostic visit
  • Members-only rate on filter cleans and one-time services

Owner's Line + Video

$289 per year

For the owner who wants eyes on the problem the same day, before it turns into a repair bill.

  • Everything in Owner's Line
  • Two live video troubleshooting sessions per month — walk the pad on camera and get talked through it
  • Same-day response during business hours; priority in the queue over non-members
  • Written follow-up after each session: what we saw, what to do, what to watch
  • Digital water-test review — send your readings, get an LSI-based dose plan back
  • 20% off any on-site diagnostic visit

Pool Partner

$479 per year

For the owner who wants a professional quietly standing behind their pool all year.

  • Everything in Owner's Line + Video, with unlimited video sessions
  • Two on-site visits per year included: a spring readiness check and a fall pre-leaf-drop check
  • Priority scheduling ahead of all non-members for any service call
  • Equipment file: your pump, filter, volume, runtimes, part numbers and install dates kept on record
  • Vetted referrals with a direct introduction for electrical, calcium removal, mastic, and resurfacing
  • $40 off every on-site diagnostic visit, all year

Already on weekly service? Priority scheduling and direct access are already yours — these plans are built for owners who maintain their own pool.

What you actually get

Office-side expertise, not a maintenance visit

Everything below happens by text, phone, or video. No truck, no trip charge, no waiting for a route opening.

Reading your water like a pro would

Send your test results and get back an LSI-based interpretation — not just "add a pound of this." Which number is actually driving the problem, what to add, in what order, and what to re-test in 24 hours.

Pad and equipment troubleshooting on video

A pump that hums and won't prime, a filter running 8 PSI over baseline, a cleaner parked in one spot, a valve that got turned last summer. Most of it can be diagnosed on camera in fifteen minutes and fixed by you with a screwdriver.

Runtime and season planning

Turnover math for your actual pool volume and pump, adjusted by season. Run time is the setting that most often comes up short here, and getting it right usually saves more in chemicals than the plan costs in a year.

Buying decisions before you spend money

A straight answer on whether that variable-speed pump, salt system, robot, or heater is worth it for your pool — from someone who is not selling you the equipment.

Second opinions on quotes

Someone quoted you $2,800. Send it over. We'll tell you whether the scope makes sense, what's missing, and what a fair range looks like around here.

Emergency triage

Freeze warning, storm damage, a pool that turned overnight, a leak you just noticed. Members get triaged first — what to shut off, what to do right now, and whether it needs a truck today or can wait until Monday.

Straight talk

What a support plan is not

Same rule as everything else here: you should know exactly what you're buying before you buy it.

  • It is guidance, not weekly service — the cleaning and dosing stay in your hands
  • It is not a licensed pool inspection, and it is not electrical, gas, or structural advice
  • Video and phone guidance is advice; you decide what to do at your own pool
  • On-site labor, parts, and chemicals are billed separately, at your member discount
  • Diagnostic visits are still scheduled around the weekly route, but members go to the front of the line
  • Support hours follow business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Prefer to be trained once and left alone? Pool school is a single session at your pool. Want the whole thing off your plate? Weekly service is the answer.
