Full digital chemistry panel, LSI reading, and an honest look at your equipment pad — at your pool, at no charge, with no obligation. Most companies in the Austin area charge $50 to $99 for the same visit. It is the fastest way to find out what your pool actually needs before you spend anything.

What things cost
Prices current as of September 2026 and subject to change. Texas sales tax applies to pool cleaning and maintenance services and is added to your invoice. Every number is confirmed after an on-site water test and walkthrough.
Filter & salt cell service
Cartridge filters quarterly. DE filters two to three times a year depending on bather load, trees, pollen, and pressure rise. Full teardown and inspection every time.
Cartridge filter clean
Teardown, element deep clean, o-ring check, reassembly, pressure baseline.

Full weekly service

Specialty treatments outside routine chemistry, recommended only when the reading calls for it. Quoted before anything is added, or built into a higher flat monthly rate if your pool needs them regularly.

Building a new pool
This is advice from the maintenance seat — what your pool will be like to live with and pay for once it's built. Design drawings and engineering stay with your builder and their professionals, and no builder pays me a referral fee, so the advice is yours alone. Your consultation fee is credited toward the $795 startup program.

These consultations cover water chemistry, equipment condition, and what the pool will cost to own — the part of a pool a home inspection usually skips. Why a few things are quoted instead
Drain to cleans, repairs, and seller market-ready packages depend too much on your specific property to put a single number on. A drain, for example, changes with your pool's volume, your water utility, and local discharge rules — pool water can't go into the street or a storm drain here, so doing it properly takes planning that varies address to address.
Repairs are quoted once we've seen the problem. You'll get one number that reflects your actual pool, and it won't move on you later.
Why weekly is the value
A one-time clean and balance is $175. A filter clean is $150. Weekly service is $275 a month plus tax with chemicals included, every week, plus digital readings and eyes on your equipment before something small becomes expensive.
